4. No Income Guarantee

Skiilex does not promise or guarantee any fixed income, earnings, or success. Results depend on individual effort, skills, and implementation.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full before accessing any course or service.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• No refunds will be provided except as per our Refund Policy.

6. Access & Usage

• Access to courses is granted only to the registered user.
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing content without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Skiilex (videos, materials, branding) is the property of Skiilex and is protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Account Suspension

Skiilex reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if fraudulent activity is detected, misuse of content occurs, or violation of terms is found.

9. Limitation of Liability

Skiilex shall not be held responsible for any financial loss or business loss, failure to achieve expected results, or technical issues beyond our control.

10. Modifications & Governing Law

Skiilex reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Skiilex, we aim to provide high-quality digital learning services. By purchasing any product or service from our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Products

All products offered on Skiilex are digital in nature (courses, mentorship programs, and training materials). Once access is granted, the product is considered “used”.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• The request is raised within 10 hours of purchase.
• The user has not logged in or accessed any course/content.
• The purchase was made directly through the official Skiilex platform.
• A valid reason with proof is provided.

3. Strict Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided under any of the following circumstances:

• User has logged into the platform or accessed any course/content.
• More than 10 hours have passed since purchase.
• Change of mind after purchase or dissatisfaction due to lack of results/earnings.
• Expectation of guaranteed income, job, or success.
• Failure to implement strategies, complete the course, or lack of time/commitment.
• Inability to understand the content due to personal limitations.
• Purchase made without reviewing course details properly.
• Any part of the content has been consumed, downloaded, or accessed.
• External factors affecting results (market conditions, personal issues, etc.).
• User does not contact support before raising a refund request, or claims made without valid evidence.

4. Mandatory Resolution Process

Before any refund request is reviewed, the user must contact our support team and allow reasonable time for issue resolution. Skiilex reserves the right to offer guidance, support, or issue resolution instead of a monetary refund, wherever applicable.

5. Results Disclaimer

Skiilex does not guarantee any specific income, job, or financial outcome. Results depend entirely on the user’s effort, consistency, and implementation.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting Skiilex support will be considered a violation of this policy. In such cases, Skiilex reserves the right to suspend/terminate access, submit necessary proof (login data, communication records) to the payment provider, and take appropriate action.

7. Verification Rights & Final Decision

Skiilex reserves the right to verify all refund claims using system logs, user activity, and transaction data. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Skiilex and shall be final and binding.
